FontFinderAI is a visual analysis, OCR, and design research utility.

• No Automatic Commercial Grant: Identifying a commercial font name via our tool does not convey or grant you a license to download, embed, or distribute that proprietary font file.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you purchase proper desktop, web, or app licenses from authorized type foundries (e.g., Linotype, Monotype, Adobe, or independent designers) before publishing or monetizing client work.
• Open Source Fonts: Fonts identified as Google Fonts or SIL Open Font License (OFL) are subject to their respective open-source license agreements.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse FontFinderAI by attempting to reverse engineer the underlying optical algorithms, scraping data in a manner that degrades service availability, or uploading malicious binaries or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

The FontFinderAI software, design layout, brand assets, and interface are the proprietary intellectual property of FontFinderAI. Third-party font specimen images, foundry trademarks, and typeface names displayed on this site remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and copyright owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

FontFinderAI does not warrant that font matching results will be 100% error-free or that custom-modified lettering will produce an exact foundry match. In no event shall FontFinderAI be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this tool.
